Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of Apex Web services. Effective: 2026-06-13.

2. Services
Apex Web provides the following AI-powered services:
- AI Receptionist (voice assistant): answers inbound phone calls, responds to questions, and organises appointments or callbacks on behalf of the client business.
- AI Chatbot: a conversational assistant embedded on the client website that greets visitors, answers questions, and captures leads.
- AI Automation: automation of repetitive business workflows using AI and connected systems.
- Website development: design and development of modern, responsive websites for businesses.
The exact scope and individual conditions are set out in the order confirmation or individual service agreement.
3. Subscription and Billing
Services are available on monthly or annual subscription plans. The subscription covers the period starting from the service activation date.
- Payment method: card payment via the Stripe payment platform. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period.
- Invoicing: an electronic invoice is sent to the registered email address upon payment confirmation.
- Failed payment: if automatic renewal fails, Stripe sends a notification and access may be suspended after the grace period.
- Pricing: current prices are listed on the Pricing page. Apex Web reserves the right to change prices with at least 30 days notice to subscribers.
4. Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time under the following conditions:
- Monthly subscription: remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is possible via email (info@apexweb.hu) or the Stripe customer portal.
- Annual subscription: remains active until the end of the subscription year. Pro-rata refunds are available only in exceptional circumstances by individual agreement.
- Notice period: cancellation must be requested at least 3 working days before the start of the next billing period.
- After cancellation, subscriber data will be deleted within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
Apex Web delivers services with care and professional competence, subject to the following limitations:
- AI systems are inherently probabilistic and do not guarantee complete or error-free responses. Apex Web does not accept liability for the accuracy of AI-generated content.
- Apex Web is not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers (Stripe, Netlify, OpenAI, Vapi, etc.).
- Total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the relevant billing period.
- Apex Web is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business losses arising from use of or interruption to the services.
6. Service Availability (SLA)
Apex Web aims to keep services available 24/7. Availability also depends on third-party infrastructure providers (Netlify, Supabase, Vapi, OpenAI, etc.).
- No guaranteed uptime percentage is offered, but Apex Web targets industry-standard high availability.
- Subscribers will be notified by email before planned maintenance windows.
- In the event of an unplanned outage, affected clients will be notified promptly and service will be restored as quickly as possible.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Hungarian courts have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation and mediation.
8. Consumer Rights
Where the subscriber qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, the following rights apply:
- Right of withdrawal: consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the order date without giving a reason, provided the service has not yet commenced. If the service commenced during the withdrawal period, the consumer must pay for the services proportionally received.
- Complaints: complaints may be submitted to info@apexweb.hu. Written complaints will receive a response within 30 days.
- Online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
- Conciliation board: consumers may refer unresolved disputes to the relevant conciliation board in their place of residence.
9. Changes to These Terms
Apex Web reserves the right to update these Terms. Subscribers will be notified by email at least 15 days before any changes take effect. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
