What is an AI Voice Receptionist?

How much does it cost?

What happens if I exceed my minute bundle?

The call is not cut off. Minutes above the bundle are billed per minute at the overage rate. You receive automatic alerts at 75, 90, and 100 percent of your limit so you are never billed unexpectedly.

How quickly can it go live?

Typically 5 to 10 working days from the first consultation to go-live: consultation (1 day), voice and knowledge base (2 to 3 days), number connection (1 to 2 days), testing (2 to 3 days), go-live.

What happens when it does not know the answer?

It tells the caller it will pass the query to the right person, captures their contact details, and immediately sends you a summary email so you can call back promptly.
